It's that time of year when I travel out to the furthest points East on Long Island. My magic show is pretty popular all over Long Island during the year - but during the summertime I get lots of bookings for summer camps.
One popular idea is my "magic workshop." It is a 2 hour interactive program for kids ages 8 and up. A shorter program is available for younger kids.
I just got back from entertaining at a summer camp in East Hampton and doing a show for a private club in Montauk. This weekend I will be in Bridgehampton.

I recently posted about the walk-around magic I do for private parties. This Christmas I will be magically appearing all over NYC performing sleight of hand for all sorts of corporate events.
Of course nobody calls Christmas parties Christmas parties anymore. The politically correct term in Holiday Party ... and I've even attended "Year End Parties" for those people who are offended by Holidays.
At any rate, if you're looking for a magician for your office party, get in touch!

Birthday parties in New York City can be fun ... if you have the right kind of entertainment! Book one of New York's funniest and most amazing magicians for your next event.
Most birthday magic shows are 45 minutes to one hour ... but you can have a longer or shorter show if you desire. Magic shows are best for kids over the age of 4. Yes, we've done shows for 3 year-olds ... but that's more like a goofy-clown-show without the make-up.
For the best birthday party magic show, set up the performance place.
- Turn off background music
- Move the grown-ups to another room if they want to talk
- Have the magic show set up in front of a wall in a low traffic area
- Don't have the magic show near the front door, bathroom or by the food!
- Have chairs for the kids or a soft cushions for the floor.
Help the performer do a good show. It's hard to entertain kids and quiet down a disruptive child at the same time. If you see a disruptive child, help make the show better by stepping in!
Have the magic show scheduled after the meal. Set up a room with adequate lighting that's quiet and not full of distractions. If you've hired an inflatable ride or bouncy castle, deflate it or have the magic show set up far away from it.
